Adobe Flash/AIR Authoring

Utilising a number of tools we author in Flash, allowing access to operating system features, databases, Flash Remoting, and Coldfusion components providing a solution for most scenarios.

Where Flash cannot meet the specific requirement we can usually satisfy the need with a hybrid of Flash and AIR authoring, or embedding in third party wrappers that allow access to a variety of functionality on the host machine.

In the case of some of the interactive displays at the Power House Museum, Sydney the requirement was for interaction with mechanical devices (eg push bike peddles) via USB/RS232

For desktop applications AIR is usually utilised - this can also be retasked from a Flex/Flash Builder version into an AIR application, and more lately to AIR for Android.
